Sizing For These Pads:

Knee: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the leg approximately 3-5cm (1.18"-1.97") above the knee joint.

Elbow: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the arm approximately 2-3cm (0.79"-1.18") above the elbow joint.

Wrist: Using a material measuring tape, measure the circumference around the wrist.

XS - Knee: 21-27cm, Elbow: 18-22cm, Wrist: 14-16cm

S - Knee: 24-30cm, Elbow: 21-26cm, Wrist: 15-18cm

M - Knee: 27-37cm, Elbow: 24-30cm, Wrist: 18-21cm

L - Knee: 30-45cm, Elbow: 26-34cm, Wrist: 21-23cm

XL - Knee: 33-52cm, Elbow: 29-41cm, Wrist: 22-24cm
