How do I use Figure 8 Lifting Straps?
For best results, use these during high volume heavy lifting when you need to save your grip, such as Deadlifts of all kinds, and cycling of any kind of these movements. Place your hand hand through one of the loops, make sure the strap goes under the bar, and then put your hand through the second loop. The bar should be in the middle of the two loops secured with your hand. With the strap placement closer to your wrist, grip the bar like you normally would. The strap should be bearing most of the weight near your wrist but shouldn't be interfering with your grip on the bar. Now you're ready to lift! See our videos for more.
